把蛋黃與糖混合後加入低筋麵粉 Add the egg yolks and sugar into a bowl and mix. Then add cake flour and mix well.

在一個鍋子裡把牛奶和奶油加熱直到沸騰 Add milk and butter into a pot and heat it until it simmers.

等牛奶稍微冷卻後在分3次倒入蛋黃湖 Let the milk cook down a bit and add it into the egg batter slowly to prevent the egg yolk from cooking.

把卡士達湖過塞一次 Sieve the batter once

用中小火慢慢煮至濃稠,要不停的攪拌 Use small or medium fire to cook the batter until it becomes thick. Continuously mix the batter throughout the process.

把煮好的卡士達醬倒入容器候用保鮮膜蓋住讓他放涼 Pour the custard into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap and let it cool.
